HEALTH BENEFITS OF USE
BEKANT is recommended as a health supplement to diet for support of immune system. 1,3-D-beta glucan enhances immunity by activation of macrophage cells increasing their number, provides antioxidant protection against free radical damage, and decreases blood cholesterol levels. Vitamin C provides antioxidant protection against free radical damage, strengthens reparative processes, increases resistance to infection, reduces effects of different allergens; vitamin C is found in high concentrations in immune cells, and is consumed quickly during infections.
