HEALTH BENEFITS OF USE
BONMOOD is recommended as a health supplement to diet, which helps to prevent or eliminate neuroses and neurosis conditions accompanied with irritation, emotional lability, anxiety and fear, to manage the mental fatigue, accompanied by apathy, asthenia and decreased activity. Sulbutiamine is a synthetic derivative of thiamine (vitamin B1). As a dimer of two modified thiamine molecules, it is a lipophilic compound that crosses the blood–brain barrier more readily than thiamine and increases the levels of thiamine and thiamine phosphate esters in the brain. The history of sulbutiamine is closely tied to the study of thiamine in Japan. A deficiency of thiamine causes a nervous system disorder called beriberi. Until the twentieth century, beriberi was prevalent in Japan and other Asian countries due to the widespread dependence on white rice as a staple food. The relationship between beriberi and diet was first noted in Japan. It was also identified that thiamine itself is unable to diffuse across plasma membranes because it has a positively charged thiazole moiety. Sulbutiamine overcomes the poor oral bioavailability of thiamine because it is highly lipophilic. It leads to an increased formation of thiamine triphosphate (TTP) that acts as a regulator of the synaptic transmission of many neurotransmission systems. For now, Sulbutiamine is the only compound used to treat asthenia that is known to selectively target the areas that are involved in the condition. In addition to its use as a treatment for chronic fatigue, sulbutiamine may improve memory, reduce psycho-behavioral inhibition, improve peripheral nerve function in diabetic polyneuropathy, and improve erectile dysfunction. Creatine is a naturally occurring compound involved in energy production in cells, particularly in tissues with high energy requirements such as brain and skeletal muscle, through ATP formation. In studies creatine monohydrate supplementation increases muscle force output by approximately 10%. Also, the studies demonstrated that Creatine plays significant role of brain energy capacity and may improve brain performance, helps to maintain the normal blood chemistry after hypoxic ischemic insult, reduce oxidative stress and provide neuroprotection of dopaminergic neurons. Mebicar (mebicarum) is a compound with anxiolytic (antistress) properties. By its chemical structure, Mebicar is similar to endogenous metabolites of the human body. One molecule of the Mebicar contains two methylated urea molecules. Mebicar in studies showed itself effective in neurotic disorders such as irritability, anxiety and anxiety-depressive disorders, emotional lability, deficit hyperactivity disorder, as well as phobic and panic disorders. In contrast with typical anxiolytic medications such as benzodiazepines, Mebicar is non-habit forming, non-sedating and does not impair motor function. Magnesium L-Threonate (MgT) is a new form of the basic element magnesium, the nutrient that was developed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a dietary supplement to boost various cognitive functions. Magnesium plays a critical role in a number of brain-related and neurological conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, addictions, acute brain injury, seizures, Parkinson’s disease, and Alzheimer’s disease.  Magnesium l-threonate was specifically created to cross the brain’s protective filter, the blood-brain barrier, and increase the concentration of elementary magnesium specifically in the brain. In scientific research MgT demonstrated capability to increase synaptic connections between neurons and on this way to improve Short-Term Memory, Long-Term Memory, improves multiple forms of learning, concentration, improves sleeping and decrease anxiety.
