HEALTH BENEFITS OF USE
SOMNOBUST is recommended as a health supplement to diet, which helps to prevent or eliminate sleep disorders including insomnia due to menopausal and premenopausal period, as well as to manage anxious-neurotic states and nervous stress consequences. Melatonin is a hormone found naturally in the body adjusting the body’s internal clock and controlling of sleep-wake cycles. Phenibut is a natural derivative of the “inhibitory neurotransmitter” gamma-aminobutyric acid, commonly referred to as GABA. Phenibut stimulates the dopamine receptors in the brain, at the same time antagonizing ß-phenethylamine (PEA), which is a “putative endogenous anxiogenic.” In other words, it has the effect of regulating “neuronal excitability” that occurs in the central nervous system, and it prevents the brain from becoming hyperactive. Dopamine is the hormone that makes human feel well and happy. When phenibut stimulates the dopamine receptors, it creates a similar feeling of well-being. Once it reaches the brain, phenibut activates both the GABA-A and GABA-B receptors, lessening stress and anxiety, relaxing the muscles, reducing inhibitions, and generally providing a sedative effect. In clinical studies phenibut demonstrated anxiolytic- antistress, thymoleptic (activating), and nootropic (cognition enhancing) effects. Passiflora extract provides sedative and hypnotic effects. It contains ethyl ether of α-bromisobutyric acid which provides reflex sedative and antispasmodic effects due to reduction of reflex excitability in the central nervous system and strengthening effects of inhibition in neurons of the cortex and subcortical structures of the brain. Magnesium L-Threonate (MgT) is a new form of the basic element magnesium, the nutrient that was developed at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a dietary supplement to boost various cognitive functions. Magnesium plays a critical role in a number of brain-related and neurological conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, addictions, acute brain injury, seizures, Parkinson’s disease, and Alzheimer’s disease. Magnesium l-threonate was specifically created to cross the brain’s protective filter, the blood-brain barrier, and increase the concentration of elementary magnesium specifically in the brain. In scientific research MgT demonstrated capability to increase synaptic connections between neurons and on this way to improve Short-Term Memory, Long-Term Memory, improves multiple forms of learning, concentration, improves sleeping and decrease anxiety.
